Created brand-level product sound UX for Cafe appliances—saving GE over $100K in vendor costs.
Conducted 10+ in-home user interviews with homeowners and mapped key usage behaviors and tech savviness.
Created task flows and wireframes, ran usability testing, and collaborated cross-functionally with engineers and PMs to build the MVP.
